Wild Bird Talking - Success Stories - Sue helps a Fairy wren
A fairy wren accidentally entered my friend Sue' s office one busy afternoon. Sue was flat out answering phone calls, when she noticed the bird agitatedly trying to escape. The phones kept ringing and Sue wasn't getting the chance to open the windows and pull the screen frame off to let the bird out. Meanwhile, the bird was getting even more desperate in her attempt to find a path and was endangering herself as she flew about the room and pushed herself against the glass windows.
Sue decided she would give my ideas about talking to birds a try. So she put the client on the other end of the phone hold, while she quickly spoke to the bird. Looking at the bird directly, Sue explained to the wren, that as soon as she was able to get off the phone, she would open the windows and help the wren to return outside. To her amazement, the bird listened, stopped flying about the room and hitting the windows. The wren quietened down and waited patiently, till Sue was able to leave the phone, open the window and pull down the frame so the bird could fly out.
'What you say about talking to birds works', Sue told me excitedly, 'I talked to the wren and she listened and understood me'.
There's no magic in speaking to a wild bird. Just speak from your heart and with good intention and they will understand. The whole experience is magical in effect.
